Tolles neues Hotel in der Speicherstadt
Tolles neues Hotel in der Speicherstadt, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Bus direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés/Restaurants gleich daneben. Sehr gute Idee: Kaffee bei der Rezeption ohne gleich das Frühstücksbüffet buchen neu müssen.

Great find for my first Hamburg visit
This was my first time in Hamburg and I'm glad I found this hotel. I love the boutique feel of it and it's in a great location. Easy to get to by car and walking in/aorund Hamburg city centre was easy from the hotel.

Property is new, so everything feels clean and well made. We checked in very late, and even so the staff was wery helpful and allowed us to the restaurant, were, again, the staff was kind and helpful. Now, that's a welcome! Room is what you want: clean, quiet, and modern. WiFi is perfect, speed is like fiber optics. All around, a place I will come back to, no doubt. Thank you all for a very nice stay.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu den Zimmer: ich habe extra ein grösseres Zimmer bestellt, jedoch ist das Zimmer sehr schlecht eingerichtet, ich habe selten ein Zimmer mit so Spartanischer Einrichtung gesehen. Das Zimmer war als rollstuhlgängig eingerichtet, erwähnt wird das nicht, Waschtisch konnte nicht nach oben verstellt werden. Wenn mann die Dusche benützt , steht danach das Bad unter Wasser. Schade, Die Lage wäre gut, jedoch der Zimmerpreis passt nicht zum gebotenen. Zwei Nächte ohne Frühstück CHF 494.00. Dafür ist die Check-in-Zeit ab 15.00Uhr und die Check-out-Zeit 11.00 Uhr. Normale Zeiten In Hamburg sind Check-in-Zeit ab 14.00Uhr und die Check-out-Zeit 12.00 Uhr. Da gehe ich nicht mehr hin.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage direkt in der Hafencity. Elbphilharmonie und portugiesisches Viertel sind Fuß läufig gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Essen können nicht beurteilt werden. Die Zimmer sind modern und praktisch.

Tolle Lage, gerne wieder!!
Die Lage vom Pierdrei ist fantastisch. Man ist direkt in der Hafencity und der Weg zur Elbphilharmonie ist kurz, sodass man auch abends nach einer Entdeckungstour in der Stadt nochmal einen kleinen Fußweg läuft und die Elphi im Sonnenuntergang bestaunen kann. Wir haben im Hotel Fahrräder geliehen. Es gibt normale Räder und E-Bikes, die stylisch aussehen und sich super fahren lassen. Das Hyginiekonzept rund um die Corona-Situation wird vom Hotel sehr ernst genommen. Deswegen fühlt man sich direkt pudelwohl und sicher.

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das Hotel ist perfekt, um Hamburg zu erkunden - eine bessere Lage geht fast nicht. Der Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, wir haben haben uns so wohlgefühlt! Auch das Konzept des Hotels (Späti, komplette Einrichtung, ...) ist super modern und hebt sich von anderen Hotels ab. Wir kommen wieder!
