Staff was unwelcoming, unfriendly and cold. Nobody will greet you or even acknowledge you when you're in the lobby or reception area.

The room is clean. Location is good. The only thing I want to mention is the bathroom is really stink, even though the hotel staff gave us the air purifier still couldn’t solve the problem at all. The smell is really disgusting.

I will never go bacl to this hotel. The service is aweful. They never apology nor try to help at all. When I asked for the ground entrance, they gave me the parkinh lot entrance where I have use stairs with my baggages and long walk. When I complained at the front. They never apologized. The building is not hotel only so the parking, and elevators are cumbersome. Since the building is relatively new comparing other hotels nearby, i expected newer, however, they are alreafy worn down. Use all other three hotels nearby. Avoid this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros: Very nice room, good size, amazing view. It was clean. Very close to subway exit and right on the the railroad park with many dining options. Cons: Bed and pillows were too soft to my liking. Elevators can be slow.
