Great, comfortable and central family location.
Location and outlook over ocean and pool was excellent. Finding the parking was a bit of a trial but once found was good. A lot of walking to find the office to get the key. Clean and tidy with good bedding and everything a family would need. But, the very large slding door to the balcony fell off the rollers when I first opened it. Lost 3 hours getting that sorted and it was fixed the following day Washing machine failed to pump out on 3rd night so we took our wet washing home with us. Furniture dated & bathroom surrounds swollen from water damage. Comfortable but need refurbishment.

we are really disappointed on the allocated apartment as it is outdated and had many defects..the aircon is noisy we Hardley could sleep, the balcony doors seals are ripped and we can hear street noise on level 16 the showers are mouldy and dirty, there is no hangers in the showers, toilets are dirty and very old..shower head is clogged and very cheap and old model..the hair dryer was faulty and as per the the label last inspected in 2012 and its electric shock hazard..the balcony chairs are rusted, same as table, windows are very dirty all what we see is dirt and not the sea view, the curtain are really dirty, everything very old the appartment seems never being maintained or painted since 10 or 15 years we have promised, kitchen is outdated the oven is from the stone ages..the curtains are dirty...the escalators and pathways are smelly like rubish, pool are dirty and closed couple of times, BBQ only 1 out of 4 was working.what a bad experience we had..not worth the thousands dollars we have spent..we feel like our holidays was ruined

Beautiful Lagoon pool, great size apartment with a separate bedroom for the kids, excellent location in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The outdoor pool was very cold (not heated), however, the kids just went in the spa and loved it, there is a heated indoor pool as well. It was reasonably priced and we would definitely stay here again.
