Amazing value for money! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Can’t be better located for skiing and Apre. Food was great! The hotel is old but still comfortable and authentic. Perfect for a solo traveller.

Terrible customer service
The French government banned British people from going to France so I could not go to France on skiing holiday and the hotel refused to refund my payment saying that I had cancelled my holiday too late even though in truth I couldn’t go to France even if I wanted to,they were very unhelpful at the hotel, They would not give me a refund and the only option they gave me was to make a reservation before the end of April 2022.
