Unit in a residential building with a nice view
Didn't realise this was an Airbnb style property until after I had booked and paid. To me the name hotels.com signifies a front reception desk with either hotel rooms or serviced appartments, not an appartment in a residential block with no staff. Think there needs to be a note "Airbnb style rental - appartment in a residential complex - no staff or amenities" on the hotels.com website so that people know before they book and pay the full non-refundable amount. The area looks like it will eventually have a supermarket and some restaurants when the development is completed - but not much in the area at the moment. Bed in main bedroom is only a double, low to the floor and not a very comfortable mattress - a queen sized bed with more premium mattress would have been nice. Very clean though and a good kitchen - coffee plunger, tea pot, etc., would also be useful.
