It's a solid 4* hotel. Nicely decorated lobby and welcoming staff. Check in was very fast. Also for a room service order I've been waiting less than 15 minutes. My room was spacious and well appointed. The bed (king size) very comfortable. Large stain of the carpet, broken towel rail and no tissues in the bathroom would be the only downside. Breakfast very poor. I went for my breakfast just after 8.00am. Scramble eggs were already cold and tasteless. Not a big selection for those who wants continental breakfast. Inattentive staff. Ended up having a croissant and coffee only.

الفندق ممتاز و نضيف واثاثه جميل وهادئ، فيه مواقف سيارات سفلية، الفطور عادي التكييف متوسط، يعني اللي معود انو ينام او يجلس في غرفة باردة جدا، ما ح تناسبه الغرفة الحمام الله يكرمك فيه ريحة، لازم تبخ عطروتقفل الباب عشان تختفي الريحة الغرفة مافيها عازل صوت

Another comfortable stay
Its the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I have not been disappointed. Each time the front desk has been extremely helpful and polite during check in and check-out. Room service is always prompt. The rooms are well furnished, modern and clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant is always quiet but the food is good, especially their rib eye steak meal deal. Once the park opposite is completed its going to be a very attractive area. The rooms at the front of the hotel have a great view of the sun rising over the mountains and the sun setting over the skyline of Jeddah city with the King Abdullah Fountain just in view on the horizon.
