The bed was nice, the air conditioning worked well and the staff were lovely. The owner was especially useful, she helped us plan our whole route around the national park for three days to cover all the best bits. Not sure we would have covered as much, or enjoyed ourselves as much without her helpful tips! Our room was on the forth floor which can be tough with big bags.

Staffs can't speak English but you can communicate to use a translater. This hotel is very cleanness and comfortable. Close to everything. A staff girl is pretty cute and helpful. 従業員は英語は出来ません。1泊140元と少し高めの金額だが非常に清潔で良い。水量やエアコンも問題なし。お茶屋併設にて苺茶（イチゴではない）が部屋にある。 谢谢你。我很满意。再见。

Super nice host!
1-minute away from Bus Station to Zhangjiajie 10-minute away from Wulingyuan (Southeast Gate) The host always gives excellent suggestions to what we've planned to go! It helps a lot!! Rooms are comfortable and some of them have a balcony!!
