First the pros: - staff speaks good english and very friendly - beautiful and comfortable lounge - room is nicely sized and decorated, bed is very very comfy! - free shuttle to the MRT station - quiet surroundings The cons: - takes around 10-15 mins walk to the nearest MRT, so what we suggest is take the shuttle bus out in the morning and take a taxi back. If you prefer to walk, cut through at Tesco lotus otherwise it's too hot!

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Free coffee and snack in a comfortable kitchen/room on the second floor. Rooms big, clean and beds very good. If you don´t mind stay a bit from Skytrain then I recommend this hotel. Big malls in the area, plenty of places to eat. One of the best hotels I have been at in Bangkok.

Place is actually quite near union mall. It’s not exactly near to any night markets but there is always grab! It’s about 45 mins away from the airport (DMK) with a jam but when it’s no jam, it only takes about 20-30 mins.

The microwave was not in the room as stated in the ad. It was in the lounge. On the first morning the hot water was very slow to arrive. On the second morning the water never got warmer than lukewarm. The staff spoke good English and the golf cart was handy. There were no English TV channels. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. The WiFi was fine. The location was good because it was close to Tesco, Central Lad Phrao, Tops, and MRT station. However, it can be hard to find if you (or the taxi driver) aren't familiar with it.
