Hazardous hotel . Watch out fior tripping hazard.
This hotel should be rated a 3 star or less Why ? First,you should know that there is a tripping hazard on third floor and likely on others as well by elevators. See attached photos. They were told about it and refused to acknowledge or fix it. Then ,even thought I booked a suite this should not be considered a suite . I told them it was very uncomfortable and not acceptable.I told them ,I can’t stay there after I tripped ,they said “Fine go elsewhere “ then after I booked King George they said sorry you will be charged Full Three days. No options given other than another room exactly same on another floor for $100 more per night.Manager refused to consider any adjustments. Finally ,the room feels very cold and depressing as well.The area is questionable as they told me “watch out for thefts when you go out.” Go to King George , a true five star ,instead and you won’t regret it.
