We only spend a night there. Everything’s ok. The reception lady’s friendly. But when we showed, we realized that there’s no towels in room. It’s nighttime and we were lucky to have our own towels to use (we went swimming that day) so we didn’t bother to contact them at night for this. There’s no one around when we checked out the next morning so we left the keys as instructed. I have emailed them the towel issue but didn’t get any response. Hope they read my email.

Misinformed about the size of room. The rooms need some maintenance i.e. peeling paint on the shower step,wet carpet from the rain.No kettle to make hot drinks.Carparks are behind the building,long walk to get to your rooms.Overpriced for basic accommodation.

I’d highly recommend this motel. My family of 6 stayed in a very comfortable room with a queen bed on one level and the children’s beds above us accessed through the staircase in the room. They loved having a private room above us. Room was clean and comfortable and communal kitchen facilities were excellent. We had plenty of tea and coffee in our room. We parked right outside the room. We were made to feel very welcome. Nicely situated by Haruru Falls. We would stay again for sure. Thank you.
