These two adjoining ground-floor condos at the historic Silverado
community enjoy a prime location with views of the lush landscape.
(Unit 271 is a one bedroom, and Unit 272 is a studio.)
Your rental includes access to on-site amenities, such as a seasonal
pool, nature trails, and on-site restaurants and shops.
Unit 271 offers living room and patio views of Atlas Peak. Relax on
the comfortable sofa and armchair, enjoy the wood-burning fireplace,
and watch favorite shows on the 42” TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and a four-person
dining table. The attached studio (Unit 272) boasts a mini-fridge,
coffee station, and dining nook with seating for two.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The bedroom in Unit 271 is outfitted with a king-size bed, 42” TV,
closet, and access to a private patio. The bath includes a tub/shower

with a tub/shower combination.
Unit 271 includes a covered patio with a bistro table and two chairs
where you can enjoy views of the nearby driving range.
Unit 272 features a front patio with a bistro table and two chairs,
with views of Atlas Peak in the distance.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a seasonal heated pool
(Memorial Day-Labor Day) and walking trails. Unassigned parking is
available for up to four vehicles in the outdoor lot.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the
Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Property
Manager and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa.
Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the
Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants,
spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the
convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa
Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open
to the public.
Property Manager guests will need to buy day passes to use spa
services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf
courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some
cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many
other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium
include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort
housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps,
and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo
community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Property
Manager if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
The Silverado community offers a great home base for exploring the
400+ wineries and the local food scene. The Silverado Trail is lined
with wineries offering tours, wine tastings, and incredible views.
