Bains Alpentherme fermés donc bien sûr très déçus de ne pas en profiter! Nous avons dû nous rabattre sur les bains de Maison Blanche... qui n’ont rien à voir avec les grands bains! Heureuse surprise en constatant une baisse de prix appréciable sur la proposition initiale!

j'ai apprécié le plus le cadre naturel magnifique et la proximité des bains thermaux. Ce qui a été désagréable est le fait que, quand nous avons réservé une table pour le repas du soir, nous n'avons pas été informés du fait que la carte du restaurant de l'hôtel était très limitée (3 entrées, 3 plats principaux!!). Le service au restaurant a d'ailleurs été insatisfaisant.

Pour avoir été dans beaucoup d’hôtels 4* celui-ci a sérieusement besoin d’une rénovation et mise au goût du jour. Pas d’attention aux détails dans la chambre (poubelle pas vidée, 2 petits tableaux dont un accroché de travers, pas de machine à thé/café ou bouilloire). La Salle des bains est toutefois assez neuve. Couloirs et portes ont besoin d’être repeints

Das Hotel ist nicht 4 Stern würdig. Die Zimmer etwas aufgepeppt. Sehr kleine Zimmer und Bad. Der Schrank hatte keine Türe. Im Bad keine Handtuchhalterung. Sehr schlecht "renoviert". Für die schweiz keine gute werbung. Keine badetücher im Zimmer für die Therme. Mitarbeiter an der Reception und am Frühstück nicht freundlich. Sie sprachen allgemein schlecht Deutsch. Da ist manches 3 stern Hotel besser. Schade...
