O.k.
Nice hotel and well located. We were a bit disappointed on arrival though as I’d booked a Superior king room and the room was great but opposite the window were workmen on scaffolding! We asked to move and the 1st room we were given had someone in it already so we were then given a triple room. This meant we now had a double bed rather than king and a not so nice room. The Manager was a little offhand about it saying it was a better room as it was a triple! We didn’t need a triple - it was just 2 of us! We were able to move on our 2nd night to a Superior king which was much better. I really think the Hotel should be informing people prior to their stay that there is work being carried out. The breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure how it was possible, but my husband’s poached eggs were freezing cold on the inside. Shame to have these negatives as it’s a nice modern hotel. Just needs some improvement, particularly the food and customer service.
