Global Luxury Suites in South End properties was a perfect stay for me and my family. Check-in was easy, apt was very clean and comfortable, and my 7yr old said mom this place feels like home. The only thing that was disappointing was we did not have access to the pool. Otherwise, our stay was excellent!
This is such a nice apartment - everything is clean, brand new, and so nice. A gift bag is left in the kitchen that includes dishwasher and laundry detergent among other things. There is a full size washer and dryer in the bathroom. The neighborhood is also great - very up and coming. The only weird thing is the check in process is pretty involved, requiring you to submit a photo of both sides of a credit card.
The price advertised in expedia is misleading. The hidden fee is too high. the price advertised is $275, but ends up paying $450. and when I called minutes later, it was so hard to get in touch with expedia or the property management. I lost two hours to just calling either expedia or the hotel (not a real hotel at all...). I wanted to cancel, but time wasted waiting to try to get hold on anyone from expedia or the property management. I want to make a claim from expedia for this misleading price.
The properties integration with Expedia is not good. We were the 2nd reservation in a week where they did not have our reservation in the system. I would blame Expedia first for not being able to sell what they have on their website, and would put Global LS second since they were aware of the problem (2nd in a week) and didn't do anything about it.
Terrible service. Horribly overpriced. False advertising -- this is not a hotel by any means. The "Global Luxury Suites" staff is generally not available to help you if you need anything. AVOID.
Easy check in. I don’t like having to send a picture of my credit card prior to check on
For us this property was perfect. Keep in mind that it is more like renting an air bnb than a hotel as far as amenities and service go (no room service or daily housekeeping, etc). But our family really enjoyed having the extra space and honestly the unit feels brand new. Wish they would have done a slightly better job with cleaning because baseboards and some of the counters were dusty and couch had some previous hair on it but overall for the price would definitely stay here again. Also the location is great—Whole Foods across the street and pharmacy next door.
Beautiful apartment
This is a very beautiful place to stay
almost everything was great. lack of parking was an issue. other than that all were fantastic. i like the high tech in the rooms
