The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean, breakfast was full of variety and options. We loved the spa and the treatments were great. Above all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. All of our wishes were met and we couldn’t hope for a better honeymoon at the HAIAN Beach hotel. There was a renovation going on the street, but the hotel has taken this into consideration and it didn’t bother us much.

Beautiful views and nice staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have liked the pool tiles to have been grouted, it’s uncomfortable and more cleanliness around the pool, ash trays full and empty drinks not being attended to. This is a very busy hotel, at no fault of its own, so be ready for lots of activity in and around the building.

It’s a true 4 stars hotel. It’s very cleaned and smell nice. Rooftop swimming pool is beautiful, breakfast buffet is delicious and so many options. All the staffs are wonderful and friendly. We enjoy our stay at the Haian. Definitely recommend this hotel for those seeking a high quality stay.
