Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here as part of a longer trip, the room was amazing, very spacious. The only thing i would comment is the noise you here if you are facing the main road, it can be quite noisy with all the beeping, but couldnt fault the hotel or the room otherwise. Good location and walking distance from everythinf you need.

Haian hotel was a great choice right opposite the beach. The view from the ocean front room cannot be beat. There are no balconies in many hotels facing My Khe and My An beach. Bed was the most comfortable i experienced in Vietnam. Superb breakfast options. Beach towels are also provided at the reception. This is a beach front hotel so not near the city but grab is very cheap and easily available. Wish i had more than 2 nights at this hotel.

The perfect hotel.

I think this is the best hotel in Vietnam I ever visited. The Extremely High level of service is amazing. Every afternoon they serve tee, coffee, cake and fruit in the lobby. Some says also piano-play. At level 22 you will find the pool and an absolutely fantastic sky bar,- also filled with sweet and helpful staff. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The beach is located just in front of the hotel. The staff so kind and very helpful. We are definitely coming back for another stay.
