Who closes the pool at 8?!?!
Was looking forward to staying here for a couple reasons, close to airport where my husband was flying out at 6 am and brought grandkids to enjoy the pool with slide. Took over 1/2 hour to check-in even though we booked online, sent us to dirty room, so back down to lobby to get new room/keys. Pizza we brought is now cold! It is now 7:40 and they inform us the pool closes at 8 for KIDS!! Very disappointed kids is an understatement! Room was clean!

Not a true 1 bedroom suite
The room was clean, however we had reservations for a 1 bedroom suite and they do not have a true 1 bedroom suite. The couch made into a bed was okay for two nights for my daughter but only a thin blanket for it and when I called for two more blankets the staff member acted like I was asking for too many. The bedding on the king bed was pretty thin as well. Breakfast was okay
