Quiet, spacious feeling three bedroom two bath in Mile End, near Viateur bagel shop. Reasonably well equipped. TV volume stuck at high, holes in wall patched but not painted, bathroom floors not clean. Recommend communicate with the property before arrival re check-in two blocks away.

Great spot, slow communication
The actual place was lovely. Nice finishings, great kitchen and bathroom, lots of space and natural light. We love the neighbourhood. It has a lot of character and tons to do. So much good food within walking distance and we even found a park and splash pad pretty close-by. Parking isn't ideal but we were able to find street parking for the 3rd day of our stay. The closest garage is a 15-20 minute walk and cost us $50 for 2 nights. Communication with the office was a bit frustrating. I replied to emails sent from them several times with no reply coming back. I'm told this is being addressed from their side, so fingers crossed. I also had a very hard time finding a phone number to call the office directly until they sent me the check-in preparation email.

Lacking customer service
I'll start by saying the apartment was very nice and spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. However, I had many concerns. When we arrived, there was nowhere for us to park, the spot designated was taken up by another car. Bryan was helpful when I called and told us we could park on the street. I don't have an intl plan on my cell so the calls were costing me. I turned to email. Literally, not one email was replied to during our entire stay. Had to fend for ourselves in terms of parking, the toilets did not work properly, check-out time and procedure was unclear, and again, I reached out over and over by email and nothing was replied to. After returning home, I sent an email with my concerns, no reply. I had to call them to check my email. I wasn't happy at all with the customer service. I do feel that considering the outrageous amount of money I paid for this stay, they should at least be apologetic and try to make it right. Overall, although the place was nice, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

Walking distance to great restaurants and Jean talon market. Manageable drive or bike ride downtown to old Montreal. The units are all brand new with nice finishes. Unit 202 is best for 3-4 people was a little tight for our family of five. Next time we would pick a little larger unit. The management was very helpful with all of our questions!!

Wonderful place, very clean, friendly staff. Only problem though...I paid a deposit for the room and here we are, 3 weeks later and they still have not given the deposit back. I left the room clean and undamaged.

Clean spacious nice building With being new a few minor deficiencies that appears to work still in progress Would put a little towel rack in the downstairs bathroom with a mirror. Towels are kept in the one bedroom but you need to look first as it not common knowledge. Murphy bed in great. Lines good quality and beds comfortable
