Real upset and disapponting experience
Really so much disappointed with the service and arrangement of the hotel, this is totally not designed for non-Vietnamese, all staffs are UNABLE to speak English by just ignored us even we are standing exactly infront of the front desk for check in / out. Finally one staff check in for us, but she even didn’t look at us for 1 second and kept showing her annoying face to us during the whole check in process. We are so disappointed with the arrangements and most of the signage are in Vietnamese. It is quite unacceptable for a five star resort to serve tourist like this, we even spent an hour to travel from Hanoi to the hotel to relax. Turnout it is a real unforgettable experience. We will never coming back again and not recommend non Vietnam speaking people to go.
