Disappointing
There was no way to figure out that we have been booked into Residences instead of the Hotel. The room was spacious but the carpet wasn’t clean at all, we’re at places. The balcony had bird droppings everywhere. Dust could be seen in the room. Kettle was full of limes scale. Would never use again, especially when you get this for almost RM 500,

the room was wonderful.. the only downside is the parking as the hotel don't have its own parking space.. B1 to B4 elevators was disabled so those who park down at the basement needs to bring all the luggage on the escalator..

Check in took soooo long as there were only one staff although I was second in line. When it was my turn, she didn’t even say sorry for waiting or anything like that. Checked-in and she didn’t explain much like which floor or where the lift is. I had to ask her. Room was ok, everything looks a little old. And the pillow doesn’t smell great.
