10/10 Exceptional

Stayed here during the F1 long weekend. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Location is great - the little shortcut to the nearby mall is pretty cool. Room had a bit of a funky smell when you enter but it goes away after a while. Rooms maybe need a bit of a refresh but well-maintained nonetheless.

4/10 Fair

This is a St Giles chain hotel but facilities are poor. More for tourists from overseas. Hotel based inside shopping centre, convenient for shopping and restaurants. Overall rating, I would give 3 star. Cleanliness-could improve. Bath towels-old and worn.

Room upgraded. Excellent location but it will be better to have exclusive carpaking lots near the hotel. Now we need to fight for parking lots with shoppers.
