Staff well trained at their own dept, courteous, very friendly. Comp breakfast menu very good, lots of selections & again, friendly staff. Room; love the bed ensemble. Well maintained/cleaned. Room service/maintenance very quick. Overall, excellent. Will definitely recommend.

Location for the airport was good. Staff were welcoming, the hotel was presentable and clean. We were a bit disappointed that on arrival we had to pay for an upgrade to our room. I had booked a family room and clearly stated in my booking we were 6 people. They took us up to the room and only then did we realise it was only for 4. Why this issue could not have been identified earlier I don’t know. The larger family was fine but had only one tiny window in the stairwell.
