Slightly out of town so the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but conveniently placed if you have your own transport. The loft is organised well and the kitchen is equipped to male your stay comfortable.

We did like the Lofty Place, but it is not at all suitable for anybody who is physically disabled. Unfortunately, there was no mention in the description of the accommodation of the very steep stairs accessing the studio. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped, it's a very comfortable space. It would have been perfect if it was on ground level. Both my partner and I have disabilities, so we won't be staying here again. Great space for fit able-bodied people though.

Great property, only negative was sky tv would not work, leads had been inserted wrong. Also I asked for two single beds and the use of bed settee, when we got there it was made up for one double bed with no covers for pillows and quilt for bed settee.

Great place to stay
Lovely place to stay not far from centre of Taupo. Very comfortable and plenty of space. A fan would have been an improvement as the room did become very hot at the time of year we visited. Lots of free parking in Taupo just be aware of the time restrictions. Down by the port there doesn’t appear to be any restriction.

Gutes Zimmer, leider etwas unpraktisch mit Gepäck.
Leider hat ein Schrank zum Aufhängen und Ablegen seiner Sachen gefehlt. Ausserdem war keine Möglichkeit seine Reisetaschen abzulegen. Das Zimmer war etwas stickig, kein Dachfenster zu öffnen. Sonst war das Zimmer gut.
