This is not a boutique hotel!. It is a condo renting out their space. There is no service or assistance of any kind. Don't even think of bringing a vehicle because there is no parking nearby and when you use the nearest parkade, it is 3 blocks away and very expensive. Prepare to get up at 6:30 am, like we did, to move the car before 7am, when the night parking fee of $25.00 expires and the daily fee starts. There is construction everywhere and no street parking so we moved the car to a no parking zone hoping that we would not be ticketed before leaving for the day.
There is no TV signal although Netflix was active when we checked. Nothing else was available.
The condo itself is very nice and new but when we left we noticed an additional fee to the already-sky-high-price, for cleaning the room. Another $85.00 cleaning fee! My wife protested she had not agreed to this but apparently it was in the fine print. Maybe and maybe not!
Between the room expense, additional fees, parking costs, no TV signal, give this place a pass.
