Poor communication and no follow up action.
I find there is no hot water during my shower at night. I call the receptionist but no one answer my call as they are out of working hour which is totally fine and understandable. Then, I sent a message via whatsapp as per the guideline in this hotel but I never received any feedback or reply even after my departure which is a little bit frustrating and disappointing. Actually I tied to call the hotline next day morning at least 4 times and also tried again in the afternoon but still no one answered my call.

The worst stay ever
1-For 2 hours i was trying to reach the main door of the hotel which i found out that you can not reach it with a car only walking. Hotel.com did not mention that!!!!!! 2- No air condition so you need to open the windows and when you do that the birds noise all night will not let you sleep. It is a bad place if you want to relax or get a good night sleep.

There was nothing cool about staying at Rotunda. The room was stuffy and stifling, air con or some sort of air flow needed. Also so noisy with being in the centre with road cleaning and market etc

The apartment was very nice. Dramatic views. It was very hot as the weather was warm. This was due to the large windows. The staff were very helpful and could not be criticized. The most difficult issue was parking and then having to carry luggage some considerable distance. However the parking fee was paid with a voucher. I would stay there again.

Amazing
What an amazing place to stay in. Everything from checking in to checking out was top notch. The team were extremely helpful and the views form the apartment were breathtaking. Only negative was having to leave and come back home.
