We had a wonderful one night stay, and wish it could have been longer! Monty and Jeannette were very welcoming, and the inn itself is charming. Our room was quiet, with a view out to the back yard and woods. We were lucky enough to wake up to a couple of inches of new snow, and while we didn't see any wildlife, we could see the tracks where something had been up and about early in the morning. For dinner Monty suggested quite a few restaurant options within an easy drive, and the one we tried was great! The dinner was only overshadowed by the breakfast, which was delicious and might have been the highlight of our trip. We finished things off with a short drive over to Gunstock for XC skiing. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed over the week-end for the Ironman competition in Laconia. We really enjoyed our stay. Owners are very kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and the bedding very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast! The property is right on the lake, with a small sandy beach and they let you borrow kayaks for free. ps: thanks for leaving food in the early morning before the race, super appreciated!

A wonderful place
Beautiful bed and breakfast with the most welcoming and caring owners. They could not do enough for us. My only issue is we stayed 1 night vs. a few more. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast which is provided was home cooked and delicious. The view of the lake is right in front of you. My wife and I are already planning another trip this fall and will certainly stay at the Lake House at Ferry Point again.
