This place was amazingly charming, the backyard was beautiful. We very much enjoyed our time here.
Stephen made us feel at home and was helpful with information and advice on the area. The place is clean, comfortable, and like you are staying with a friend or family member. The garden is beautiful with plenty of hidden nooks. It was nice to shoot a couple games of pool and relax. Can't wait to go back and stay again for more than one night.
The home was clean, well appointed and a pleasure to spend time there.
I didn't know it was a colonial house until after my stay, so I was happy to find the old radiators still in use for heat. The old wooden steps and wide open stairway were quite charming too.
I really enjoyed staying here, will definitely stay again. The host went above expectations to make sure I was comfortable and that I needed everything.
Easy check-in, lots of character, spotlessly clean!
A lovely old home turned B&B. Very close to downtown Culpeper. The king suite was so nice, with a comfy bed. However, breakfast was pitiful.. totally do-it-yourself with grocery store muffins, instant oatmeal and granola bars. No snacks & drinks, despite what the host's text said. So if you want a real breakfast, go out. We would stay again tho.
Everything was well thought out and instructions for check-in were very clear. No problems, would definitely recommend and come back. :)
There was thickish dust under the bed but beside this it was an excellent stay. The pool and Lexa were a real treat.Due to a lack of WiFi I had trouble gaining entrance to the property. The self check I was a bit odd. This was an excellent stay in a very pretty area.
