The check-in was great the lady was really nice. One of my pet peeve’s is when housekeeping doesn’t check the sink can you run the water for the first time in the sink and it starts backing up that me is disgusting. I wanted to call down to the front desk to get it fixed but the phone in my room also didn’t work. They also claimed they had a gym it was only a yoga studio with a couple exercise bikes in it which is not really a gym which is also a pet peeve of mine. When I complained about the sink backing up in the room the next day like I just sort of shrugged it off.

Third time, i come to this hotel for 3 days business stay. This time however, i was given a room with no hot water, no TV channels. TV got fixed in the second day, still no hot water available.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with friendly staff and very clean. In the morning there were workers cleaning windows and even wiping down the baseboards. The breakfast was a nice buffet.

New hotel very clean but mattress was really hard couldn’t sleep much. Not a comfortable bed at all. Good location near to la corniche area about 5-8 minutes drive but be wary of taxis as they will make it feel it’s far they will go round and round to get the meter high.

Onomo Hotel is conveniently located for shopping, eating and walking to some tourist sites. Hotel is very attractive with beautiful artwork, is clean, has the typical amenities expected by westerners (yay!) and has a very nice restaurant in the hotel. The entire staff are very pleasant and helpful. My only caution and complaint is when certain hotel staff calls a cab. An extra cost of 15-100 Dirham (our experience) is added to the cost of the trip. One can only guess why.

The hotel itself is in the heart of the city and close to so many places. Room was clean. I requested for Iron and Ironing board that never came . The charge for overnight guest (even if the overnight guest resides in the city…strange ) But overall I had a good sleep in the room and the staffs were great.
