We fortunately only stayed here one night, during that one night our sheets were dirty and clearly had stains on them. The free breakfast was nice, however the staff serving breakfast were trying to promote people to leave them good reviews and mention their names. Usually I enjoy Holiday Inns...this one was definitely below average. The only positive I can say it that it feels like a safe hotel and it's in a good location, walking distance to a lot of things.

It was cheap, clean, and great location. I loved the workers there also because I was allowed early check-in and they were nice. The only thing that did bother me was the laundry room. They should have a way of knowing who’s currently using it. They only have one cleaner and dryer and if someone’s load is done you have to wait until they come back which isn’t convenient. I love how the location was close the EVERYTHING in Playa del Carmen. This hotel did not disappoint. During my stay I stayed at two hotels and the other one being ‘fancy’ ‘VIP’ and the other being this one. I do not recommend any other hotel trust me when I say I will be coming back to this location instead.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities, great manager Ivan, beautiful pool and even had an emergency generator for power outage during hurricane. Excellent location, a great buy. And they were very patient with an irritated attorney client, who knows she’s not easy to deal with…

what so special and different between this hotel and 100's in PDC, the answer is employee's of this hotel all employees are grate friendly with grate sounds of humor, helpful, they are the best :)

Clean, very nice people and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Free parking and free strong internet. The hotel has a mini tourist station where you can talk to Jaime and get good deals for all the parks.
