Shared bathroom that I was unaware of. Room was the size of a closet.

I had a room with a king bed and private bath and the room was quite small which was fine as I was alone. I think it would be difficult to share the room. The bed was comfortable but was on a elevated platform so I was very careful getting up and down off of it. The bed was up against the window so whenever I wan't to raise or close the shade I had to crawl over the bed to get to the pull. There is no chair to sit on, so the bed was the only option. The sink was extremely small in the room, the shower and toilet were separate and private. I would stay there again but would request their King Loft room, which is larger and more comfortable which is across the street. They have a very nice coffee shop in the lobby, staff was excellent and very friendly and accommodating. It's in a good area with many good restaurants near by. All and all is was a good stay.

Creative conversion to an interesting hotel
Did not notice in making choice that bath was not in-room. The more I thought about it and the fact that it was converted from a YWCA the more it made sense. It's probably more energy-saving (human and mechanical). Next time I'll know to pack a small bathrobe. (I know there was one supplied in the room. I didn't want to use it.) Desk people were very cheerful and helpful.
