Only good thing comfy bed and beautiful view.
Check in was good and the view was absolutely stunning. Now go to the room…. Walls were dirty, a roach as soon as we walked In. Bathroom doors and walls were dirty. Shower was falling apart and neighbors were loud music wise. Now… I wake up at 230am and our entry door which I locked was OPEN. And to add I woke up at 230am because a baby cockroach was on my arm in BED!! I did not go to sleep after that and the property refused to credit or refund.

STAY AWAY
View was great, room was ok, tv and fridge didn't work. Breakfast advertised was a lie. People smoking, drinking, had glass in pool areas playing obscene and loud music. Evrn if the area was clear of riff raff, the water was like cloudy and dirty bathwater. Rusty/broken outdoor furniture. Not handicap or handicap kid friendly. Rude front staff. Took an hour to check in. $20 a day for parking, if you can even find it. Entire facilty reeked of cheap disguating weed. Definitely never coming back. Definitely not recommending to anyone. This cesspool needs to be bulldozed so a decent hotel can be built.

1st time visiting. This was the perfect place to stay! Staff was great. Honestly, I had low expectations, due to the super affordable price, but I was proven wrong! It is literally right on the beach and on the boardwalk. Inside the room it was super clean and organized. 1 bed/ 1bath. Full sized fridge, dishwasher and a stove/oven. Super convenient location, we will definitely be back!!

I was a little hesitant when I read some of the previous reviews but booked a stay anyway. Glad I did! Even though the outside of our building could use some work the room we had was quite nice and modern. The bedding was very comfortable. The location was perfect! Our room was just steps from the “boardwalk” and the beach. We had a beautiful view. Our check in was smooth but the office is small and got crowded quickly. We had a parking spot every time we left and came back. Staff was pleasant. The area was family friendly. Several decent choices to eat from in walking distance. We would definitely come again.

Don't do it. The reviews are real.
All you have to do is read all the other reviews on this hotel. None of them exaggerate. They're all legit. Problem is, i should've listened to them but i didnt because of price and location. Expedia shouldn't even advertise "HBH" which is (Hollywood Beach Hotels). They're so poorly maintained and managed. So unorganized and dirty. Its unfortunate because you can't beat the location. Trust me, all the negative reviews are accurate on each hotel related to HBH. If you dont believe me, go there before your trip and stand in line to ask a question or even find a parking spot. Better yet, give them a phone call and see if they answer or leave you on hold until they hang up. The staff weren't that bad. They're just overwhelmed, understaffed and unmanaged. The place shouldn't be open until its completely overhauled and renovated. I could go on and on unfortunately but im sure by now you get the point. And for anyone reading this and ends up staying, remember that you're going to read this review again and this is where i say, "i told you so". Enjoy the view if you can get a room that you actually reserved. And pack heavily as they dont have anything available in the room for you.
