The hotel is not well taken care of. The beds are very uncountable, the mattresses are very thin and it feels like you are sleeping on the concrete only. The water slides are not there anymore and the rooms were not clean. The room's floors were full of grime and the sheets had some kind of weird stains. When we walked in, there was a cigarette butt in the corner of the room, it was very obvious that it was not properly cleaned. The towels were very rough and the bathrooms over all filthy. We understand the rooms did not have air conditioning or tv's and we know that the water pressure was going to be low, but we expected at least a clean room. Overnight, the power went out and there was no backup generator for the water pumps. We were not able to shower, even use the toilets. We had booked two rooms, for two nights and only stayed one night and had to cancel the second night. We understood that the power going out was not the hotel's fault, but when we let them know we would like to check out, the front desk lady was super rude and refused to help us. The beach is beautiful, but this hotel ruined our stay. We will NEVER stay here again.
