The grounds, location and hotel were great. The rood top bar was very nice in the evenings for cocktails. The only thing that disrupted what would be a perfect experience was poor internet and crazy long password that was frustrating ad yo had to find the paper each time as you have to put in each time you connect - we suggested management do what most hotels do and make it easy for their guests- something like Favoriteplace- good marketing as well as easy!

The Wifi here needs upgrading, Speedtest results Download 1.07 Mbps. made keeping in contact with friends difficult.
A nice central place to stay in Sorrento, about 50 meters from the Town Square.
The Wifi here needs upgrading, Speedtest results Download 1.07 Mbps. made keeping in contact with friends difficult.

Our stay was a different experience for us. We found the bed very hard but our room was a good size. The restaurant was nice but it would have been nice to be able to sit outside for a drink but couldn’t because the tables were booked for dinner. On one occasion we left after waiting 15 min for service. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff. Very quiet room. Excellent location as I was travelling by train. Breakfast buffet had best crossaints in Italy .....superb.

The staff were friendly very welcoming and good value. Dinner on the terrace was excellent with wonderful views. The pool area was welcome cos it was so hot but it's not flash but we did use it and enjoy it . Lots of good places to eat close by and a gentle walk down the hill to the beach, catching the local bus back was fun.We would stay there again.
