"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Sky Tower in Auckland, which made it very convenient to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Overall, I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland."

"The property is in excellent condition, exceptionally clean. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were less than helpful. Failed to contact me for an organised wake up call, plus arrived at the restaurant at 6.10pm to be told, nothing available till 8.15pm, I should have booked was the staff response, and go next door to the Novotel for dinner."
