"Carol at the front desk made the entire stay lovely and enjoyable. She had great advice. The pools were amazing, bring plastic cups as no glass is allowed.

The staff was very helpful and concerned about our welfare because our luggage had been lost by the airport. Samantha, at check-in, was especially helpful. "
