"Very good hotel, excellent service, very nice, different restaurants, excellent food. Angela at the front desk was excellent; she took great care of us. The staff who served us in the restaurants were very kind and friendly, especially Nicole from the Dominican Republic. The only thing I didn't like was that the security guard at the Ocean Point resort was very rude to us when we wanted to take a picture in the lobby. They should be more professional and friendly because one understands that you can't enter that area if you're at the other resort, but we only wanted to see the lobby to see if we would stay there next time. She was very rude in telling us we couldn't enter and not even take a picture. This is a very negative point for tourists like us who are spending a lot of money and shouldn't be discriminated against like that security guard did to us."
