"I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The room was cozy and very clean, and I loved having my own outdoor patio area. There was a pool directly near my room, and the beach access with the day bed options was incredible. The Asian restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed a massage near the beach as a nice end to my vacation. There was so much to do at night, all within walking distance. I truly enjoyed this resort and will be back."

"Many kind people on the property to greet me and help with any questions. I came at a very quiet time which (late June) which I appreciated—practically didn’t see any other people. The property could use some maintenance and extra cleaning in areas, and jacuzzi did not heat up. Great location to accessing downtown Willemstad. Overall cleanliness of the room was excellent. Access to the Ritz beach pool was a huge plus!"

"If you are looking for an area that has options for dining and don't want to pay all-inclusive prices, but want the all-inclusive feel, this hotel is for you! We picked it due to the beaches in the Mambo Beach area and knew we wanted to explore the island and not always eat at the resort. Our room was always cleaned well, our ocean front room was amazing, and we had a wonderful couples massage at the spa

"Restaurant staff were fine, the food, however, was, on a whole, not good. The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of options, but the birds feeding on the food that was not covered was a little gross. A smaller resort, which was fine, never had to scramble for a pool or beach chaise. Entertainment was ok, and the bars were great when they weren’t out of an ingredient for your favorite drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. After a much needed updating it could be a real gem. "

"It was a nice stay for us who needed one night between flights The place is celan. Air conditioner in the room nice and cool. Hot water in the shower and it was nice and clean The staff was kind and always smiling especially the girl at the front desk. The location is amazing. We could walk to the Kura Huland and enjoy dining, and also walk to the floating bridge and all the area around Otrobanda Also walking distance to lots of amenities "

"It’s a self service all inclusive. No one to take your drink order by the pool. Always a line at the bar. Bar staff great drinks are a hit or miss. The pool chairs are plentiful however they could use some new padding. They do run out of towels so bring your own. Buffett was actually good no real complaints about it. My swim up room view was the parking garage! So I got some creepy stares and noisy nights. The pool was always cold and anybody could walk up. Overall wouldn’t stay here again"
