"Hotel property few negatives and exceeded expectations. The dstinctive architecture & tasteful decor of the hotel & grounds embodied the City of Hue history. All amenities & luxuries were available. Breakfast buffet offered diverse options and afternoon tea was exquisite. Restaurant & in-room dining was good overall. My only complaint was pho and bún bò Huế noodle soups lacked flavor & did not meet expectations of a Vietnamese American from Hue who has traveled frequently. Massage was excellent....

"Fun place for families with kids that love the water! The room at the Hinode Villa were very comfortable and provides closer access to the outdoor water park and the beach. There's also on-demand buggy service to ferry you around if you don't feel like walking. A couple of suggestions: add more vegan food options across the on-premise restaurants, and some outdoor space could use a good maintenance (e.g. walkway in the Hinode Villa area)."

"Probably the best hotel I have ever been to..The room was spacious , beds are very comfortable, bathroom was massive ..The design amusing and the wardrobe was big.. The resort itself deserves a day or two to just enjoy it.The outdoor and indoor water parks were a pleasure for my kids.. The beach and the view were amazing..The staff was very friendly and the room service was superb.. Breakfast was a huge buffet the only thing that there is not much for is to eat as muslims but we still enjoyed...

"I want to apologize to the staff at the hotel. There was some miscommunication on my part because of the language barrier. I made a mistake on my check in review. I was asked if I received a upgrade and I answered no when indeed I did receive a upgrade.
