"This hotel was lovely, very clean, and quiet. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our ground floor room that was adjacent to the courtyard. It was relaxing and inviting for an evening drink. Our only negative comment would be that there was no mini-fridge or kettle."

"Had a really lovely stay, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. They made an effort to speak our own language the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Only area for improvement would be a separate shower bathroom, as it was a wet room shower over the toilet. Would definitely recommend. "

"Excellent location close to the centre of Aachen. Very clean with a modern bathroom, nice breakfast. Parking in Aachen is not intimidating, there's very good public multi story parking, I used the one at rathaus, 6 euros, very easy short walk to hotel. Nice staff, great stay!"
