Conveniently located
Hagen, 20-night trip

6/10 Good

Everything was perfect until I needed a shower… it was leaking out the back causing little to no water pressure

The studio is a convenient distance from Atlanta Station shopping center and is in front of SCAD. The location is great during the day but even better during the night. I enjoy the quiet and the safe guarded environment. I felt safe my entire stay and ubering to and from was an easy process. Parking itself was abit confusing for when I had my friends and fam over but other than that I completely loved my time here. Def considering coming back during my trip in June.

Awesome Atlanta Location

The location was awesome. The room was perfect and clean. Parking was terrible and I would have liked a dresser to store my clothes. We would stay there again.
Kimberly, 4-night trip

I liked everything, I was quite comfortable. I totally disliked all the stairs outside and the gravel walk paths. At 74 years old this is unacceptable. Will not rent there again for this reason only.

Stairs, and not easily accessible for people with multiple bags.
Swapna, 5-night trip

Great place to stay for extended trips while still be in the city. Some more signage outside would have made checking in a bit easier. Walkways around building could use a re-pavement and the property could be a lot more accessible to guest with disabilities. Will definitely be back if I'm in the Atlanta area!

Everything was fine but they obviously used some kind of scented fabric softener or washing machine pod with scents and it made my sleep very difficult because I have allergies to scents. Very quiet and clean.

Everything was great except for the parking! We couldn’t get parking next to the Kasa for any of the days of our stay, so we had to park a 10-15 minute walk away and pay for expensive parking.
Caitlin, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Enjoyed our time at this property. It is really nice and quaint inside however the outside and areas surrounding are a bit run down. The parking is very expensive and the space is very limited so that is the downside. However, they wonderfully decorated our Kasa with birthday things since we were celebrating and I thought that was a very sweet touch. I would stay again but I definitely would not bring my car with me next time. Maybe they could also fix the walkways since they are a bit rough to walk on especially with luggage.
C, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

All was good but I am wondering about certain devices put everywhere in the unit and they looked like hidden cameras. Which I was very uncomfortable with.
Sobhit, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The property was easy to find only because of the excellent directions provided. They were step by step with pictures included. We had absolutely no problems finding the place or with the entry. Everything within the Kasa was modern and clean. The hosts thought of everything. The only opportunity for improvement would be to explain the parking situation a little better. We didn’t expect to have to pay for parking and we didn’t expect the fees to be so high. We had a large SUV and the space was very tight. I’d have to get out prior to my husband parking our vehicle and the side mirrors had to be folded in. Within the directions, it should also be mentioned that the vehicle should not be backed in. We didn’t do it, but someone else did and ended up with a boot. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we will definitely consider a Kasa space when we travel for an extended amount time again.

Need to add water as a welcome addition. Parking should be cheaper per day with stay .

Great Stay

Wonderful property, immaculate room with easy access. The parking was the only notable issue. Available parking, but locals liked to hang out in the empty bays, but without incident.
RICKY, 2-night trip

Everything was wonderful but the bed was so firm my back was hurting a ton the days after but everything was good!

Quiet convenience

Easy to access from the highway. Quiet location was ideal to be close to GA Tech for graduation events. Had all the essentials in the apartment. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We stayed in a studio. A tiny, cosy home. We liked it very much. The only problem is lack of an elevator. Especially if you carry bags onto third floor.

Worst Place Ever

I thought I was booking a hotel. I had a car and luggage. When I arrived at 4pm, i was at the address, and i could not find the building. I told her I could see a building with the name SCAD. I was on the phone with the lady and she kept saying I was sent clear details on how to details on how to get in the building and if I can't follow them, she can't help me and hung up on me. I had a tour at 7pm that I missed because I couldn't get in the room. I drove around for hours. I asked a cop for help. When I did finally get in the room there is no access to the front of the building with a car. No parking. Included, you had to pay. In the room there was a lock with a code and then I saw a open door. I don't feel comfortable leaving my luggage with no lock on the door. They said I is an automatic lock. There is a code for both. I then asked again to let me out of the contact and they said they will, but i will need to follow the process for Hotels.com. I went to sleep and when I woke up there was no water. I called and called, emailed them. There was a water break in the hotel. I own a house. I know that will take a long time. They never once offered to let me out of my contract. They did refund for my inconvenience, but I had to call Hotels.com to get it. I had three days in Atlanta, I had no water for two mornings of my stay. I was going to the aquarium on my last day and I followed the online request. They wanted to charge me over $100 dollars.

Sammy, 2-night trip

What an adorable studio apartment! It had all the amenities I needed — washer/dryer, coffee and maker, comfortable bed. The only downside is that it is located right at a freeway onramp so it was noisy at night. But I felt very safe and it was within walking distance (1/2 to 1 mile) from coffee shops and restaurants.

This property was very nice, it felt safe, and it was local to all of the spots we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, there were a lot of hidden fees including having to pay for parking (about $20 a day) and a security deposit. I wish they were more upfront about these expenses as this was supposed to be a budget friendly trip.
