Unexpectedly good value. Clean, all necessary facilities (and more), awesome owner. Style is a bit dated but I don't want to pay extra for "style". 200 metres from a good pub for a meal. Hungry Jacks & McDonalds close by for breakfast. A bit noisy due to traffic. A bit of maintenance needed eg. leaky tap, lights tot working.
