Beautiful, Family friendly location

Beautiful location, friendly staff and perfect for families holiday. Only downside, the toilet were a bit smelly, may be due to the canal nearby or the sewage system. A toilet freshner would be really helpful to win the odour. A bit of dust on heaters and curtains, but overall it is in a winning location.

Yes, this place is unique in a few ways. Unique and different from a North American perspective perhaps. From the Expedia/Website images its uniqueness was what drew us to the property in the first place. From the homes design (interior and exterior) to the amenities and layout of the accommodation site. We definitely enjoyed our stay here despite the distance from central Amsterdam and sites. A little advice for upcoming travellers, (of course do a bit of homework) you require a vehicle if you are to stay here and see the sites of Amsterdam. We rented a vehicle and and parked close to a bus/transit facility to get to where we needed to go. Yes, get here (if possible) within the time laid out on their website. If I where to have a minor complaint, which I am sure you have already read past guest comments, it is a challenge when arriving late and/or in the dark. This if anything is where guest satisfaction/needs to be met or improved upon. Oh yeah, bring your own bath towels, shampoo and bath soap.

Not impressed. Did not match the past reviews

On the surface this place looks good. The grounds are well maintained. However, on arrival the Germans in front of us were treated differently to the British. The chalet was not clean, it looked like someone had quickly gone over it with a brush as there were clumps of hair in the kitchen and the rug in the living room was dirty. Luckily there was a hoover so we could clean, even though we should not have to. The bathroom needs to be bleached as it has black mould.We should not have to report these things as we are paying for clean room. Most of the Chalets are surrounded by water and we made the mistake of leaving the doors open and were bitten badly by mosquitos. There is no shop on site, there is a "Snack bar" in the afternoons. The nearest shop is in West Graftdjik. We were very disappointed so tended to go off site every day and just come back to sleep. Please invest in mosquito plug ins as they are a must.

Ruhige Anlage mit Potenzial, aber einigen Schwächen Die Ferienanlage liegt schön ruhig und wirkt insgesamt gepflegt. Leider war der erste Eindruck etwas holprig – bei der Ankunft war nicht ersichtlich, wo sich die Rezeption befindet oder wie man dorthin gelangt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch ist die Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt, was bei Fragen oder Anliegen unpraktisch ist. Es gibt zwar eine Telefonnummer. Man erhält eine Zugangskarte für die Schranke und das Schwimmbad. Das Schwimmbad selbst ist allerdings sehr klein. Unser Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet, allerdings nicht besonders sauber und bereits etwas abgenutzt. Der Außenbereich war unvorteilhaft gelegen: Er befand sich hinter dem Haus und da die Eingangstüren direkt gegenüber lagen, hatten wir kaum Privatsphäre. Wir mussten quasi direkt vor dem Nachbarhaus sitzen, da fühlte man sich sehr beobachtet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: Am Abreisetag muss das Haus besenrein hinterlassen, die Betten selbst abgezogen werden und es gibt keine Seife im Haus, was bei der Ankunft eher unpraktisch ist. Zur Küche kann ich nichts sagen, da wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Handtücher und Küchentücher gab es auch keine. Hatte diese kleinen Infos in der Beschreibung nicht gesehen… Fazit: Eine schöne, ruhige Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, aber auch einigen organisatorischen und praktischen Schwächen.

a parte i problemi con il check-in che abbiamo avuto e per il quale presenteremo un formale reclamo, non abbiamo riscontrato problemi. Struttura bellissima (il meteo non ci ha permesso di goderne appieno). L’appartamento molto accogliente e comodo, silenzioso e romantico, si trova a ridosso dei tanti canali che circondano il residence rendendo l’atmosfera piacevole.era ben arredato e la cucina completa di tutto (forno e lavastoviglie). Il residence ci ha fatto trovare 2 tab e una spugnetta in un apposito kit di benvenuto. La camera dei ragazzi conteneva due letti singoli. La camera da letto avevan due materassi separati. Ma ci è piaciuto e lo consigliamo. Si trova a 20 min da Zaanse e a circa 30 min da i parcheggi P R di Amsterdam Noord.

Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen, leider stört die nahe Durchgegangsstrasse. Unser Tiny Haus war stark abgenutzt. Leider hst das Haus weder Backofen noch Mikrowelle. Im Bad muss man sich zwischen Beleuchtung oder Rasur entscheiden, leider nur 1 Steckdose vorhanden.

Nettes Häuschen, leider einiges an Krabbeltieren (v.a. überall Silberfischchen) welche wir zuerst mit drei Dosen Insektenspray in Zaun halten mussten. Aus den Abläufen im Badezimmer kam modriger Geruch. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Spielplatz für Kinder in gutem Zustand

Snavset og slidt

Vi havde lejet er Tiny House. Huset er ekstrem lille og materialerne huset er bygget af, er meget ringe. Det fælles poolområde var meget snavset og vandet var så koldt, at vi kun badede i 10 minutter. Vandet i poolen var også snavset og det var selve poolen også. Generelt bar Europarcs området meget præg af manglende vedligeholdelse. Vi kommer ikke igen og kan ikke anbefale stedet til nogen.

Geeignet für Frühaufsteher.

Der Service war Problemlos, bist auf die lange Wartezeit in der Telefonschleife. Schlüsselübergabe nach Rezeptionsschluss hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war entsprechend nur Okay. Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit nicht vorhanden, Sitzauflagen Terrasse nicht vorhanden, alles sehr spartanisch. Aber empfehlenswert nur für Frühaufsteher. Ab Morgens 6.30 Uhr eintreffen aller ca. 30 Handwerkerfahrzeuge, die unmittelbar an unserem nicht schallisolierten Haus vorbei fuhren. Dann ab 8.30 beginn der Gartenarbeiten mit Einsatz von Motorsensen und Rasenmähern. Es gab im Vorfeld keinen Hinweis darauf, das das zu dieser Jahreszeit (Ende Mai) üblich ist. Da wir Urlaub zur Erholung machen, werde ich dieses Objekt nicht mehr buchen.

Location good, but safety/quality issues.

- Leaky roof - unsafe staircase for small children - questionable cleaning regime (relies on previous tenants to do a good job of cleaning and we found this to not be the case). - restaurant was closed on tuesday’s and wednesday’s. - drivers speeding on site and speed humps may damage the underside of your car even when doing less than 10km/h. The location is lovely but management really need to resolve the cleanliness, safety and quality issues of their cabins.

Quel dommage, ça pourrait être le paradis ! Logements très mal entretenus. Salles, lit inconfortable... etc Pourtant c'est un charmant village dans une région magnifique !
