A minha experiência não foi muito agradável. O cheiro "perfume" do quarto é muito forte, e para pessoas com problemas respiratórios é bem complicado. Outra experiencia negativa que tive é que informaram que tem restaurante no local, mas quando fui utilizar fui surpreendido com a informação que o espaço estava reservado para evento e somente quem tinha mesa reservada.

Atendimento péssimo

Hotel é muito bom, estrutura bonita, aconchegante. Único ponto que tenho que classificar como ruim é o atendimento dos funcionários, em especial, equipe da cozinha e café da manhã. Atendem com má vontade, sem educação. Sem contar que, Minha filha de 2 anos começou a chorar pedindo Sucrilhos e eu fui até a cozinha, com muita educação e expliquei que sabia que o horário do café já tinha encerrado, mas minha filha estava chorando muito pedindo mais Sucrilhos. Solicitei um pouquinho em um copinho de plástico, somente para evitar mais choro. A funcionária foi muito má educada e me disse que o café já tinha acabado. Um pouco de empatia não faz mal pra ninguém. Não custava nada agradar uma criança. Enfim, percebi que os funcionários não compreendem como é ter criança pequena. Se você tiver criança, não recomendo.
