Terrible service.
Long lines at check in and the greeter was unfriendly. Shower tub did not drain properly leaving you standing in an inch of water. Restaurant was out of 3 things we tried to order. Service was horrible and we sat ignored for half an hour.

My Stay for 3 days at HILTON NEW BRUNSWICK EAST.
It was good. Seems like the Hotel has become quite old and furniture and stuff could use help. The bedding for my King Bed was great and so were the Towels. Could use better soap.
The Bar was good with friendly Bartender. The dinner was rushed so seemed like they couldn't wait to get you out the door.
The Parking needs help. I couldn't find my car and I was running around, and getting late for my flight.. Need better signage.

My family and I stayed last night as a halfway point from Virginia to Massachusetts. The hot tub was the draw for my 3 children. Upon arrival I was informed it was $18 to park (didn’t expect that). The hotel I’m sure was nice years ago but it was super outdated. All that aside, it was one night so who cares right?! So I take my kids to the pool and the hot tub is roped off with yellow tape. Huge disappointment considering this is why I chose the place for the kids.
We needed a bed set up for the pullout and had to ask 3 times until we got it 2 hours later. I decided to go down to the lobby verse call to ask for more pillows later that night since it was such a hassle getting a bed set up. So at 8pm I went down to the lobby to ask for 4 more pillows and the woman in the lobby said it would be around 30 minutes. I ended up giving up around 9:45 and going to bed. I swear to god room service or linens came knocking on my families door at 12:45am!!! They continuously knocked but there was no way I was answering the door at that hour. We ended up leaving at 5am this morning and when we opened the door there was a cart with 4 sheets and a blanket (not the 4 pillows I asked for)
Honestly, I’ve never written a review but I was inclined to solely on the hotel staff knocking on our door at 1am!!! It was the oddest thing and we will never be back!

Horrible....
The carpets look and feel dingy as if they haven't been shampooed in ages. The tops of furniture were covered in dust. The couch had an unpleasant smell. The large window was full of fingerprints and dust. The sheets were clean but the quilt was sandwhiched between two top sheets, which made everything get bunched up. Perhaps some proper duvet covers? Every time we rode an elevator the floors were filthy. Main entrance in front of hotel had everything from banana peels to coffee grinds all over the driveway. The Starbucks food items looked as if they have been there forever. The lobby furniture is so filthy, I didn't even want to put my luggage on it. This place needs a deep cleaning and new houskeeping manager along with it. Also, the shower door doesn't stay closed as it would roll open due to bad adjustment of the wheels. The ceiling in the bathroom has mildew and the paint is chipping/cracking.

The staff at the front desk was almost nonexistent each time we entered and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone noticed us to check-in at 5pm. The room had multiple maintenance issues, such as closet doors falling off tracks, clogged drains, thermostat not always working, and finally an alarm clock with a broken off switch that woke us up at 5:20am. Definitely not on-par with the overall hotel’s higher class feel.

Loud kids running down the hallway after 9pm.
Walls lacked sound proofing, heard voices from a room next door. Also heard plumbing noise from room above. Door knob in bathroom came off in my hand and brought to front desk at our departure. Rug in our room had black stains in it.
