Dirty room found hair in the Freezer, Towels where dirty had stains, Toilet did not flush al the way. That is after changing rooms, because the first one room keys did not work. Parking ok was able to park in front of room.

Quiet and clean.

This is a 2-star motel, in a rather remote section of the country. The room was clean. The man at the desk was very pleasant and helpful, and the place was quiet.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and really appreciate the fridge with a separate freezer as we travel with medicine that needs refrigeration. Bed was comfortable but could use a blanket. Door has gap that lets bugs in and lamp outlets need tightening so plugs stay in. I mention these things so the owners are aware and can fix them. We love staying here every year.

Pets allowed always been a I been coming here for almost 3 years now with my dog. Beach is literally like a 5 minute drive you can’t beat that. Place in the inside is nice & it’s quiet at night around. Restaurants are right across the bridge also.

The staff were so kind, extremely supportive and helpful to me and my family. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was the best, they could offer. They offered a continental breakfast everyday. The room was ready for me, on time when I arrived. The stay was comfortably well. The room was clean, also, necessary toiletries was definitely provided. Also, nice towels, a beautiful large screen television. The room came with a small refrigerator with a top freezer… just the right size. It was quiet and a safe place. This was my second time staying at Franklin Inn. I will always stay there, whenever I am visiting Carrebelle, Fl. It is very close to everything and reasonably priced to make your vacation great. They truly care about their guests. Thank you staff members at Franklin Inn.

The bathroom walls had dirty muddy like hand prints over the toilet like someone dirty leaned over. The bed sheets and towel you couldn’t tell if they were washed or not causes of the stains. The floors were so dirty my socks were black by the time we went to bed. It was way too late in the evening to find something else. The front desk person kept changing his story about our situation. He had to ask permission to give us a room for the night.

While the hotel was clean with acceptable accommodations, the area is slightly less than desirable and questionable. We had no issues but felt uncomfortable due to other visitors and people living in Campers at the back of the property.

Our 2 nite stay here was enjoyable. The facility is fine and location was great, easy to find. My only downside was they appeared to be short-staffed. The front desk was not staffed unless you called for an attendant. They were quick to respond, however.

Mrs/Mr Happy customers! 😁 We stayed at the hotel on April 16th, just for one night, and the room was clean except for the coffee maker, which was dirty. I forgot to inform the front desk; I was in a rush with too many things on my mind. Anyway, it’s close to restaurants and coffee shops near St. George Island and Appalachicola town, which made our day so much fun. The front desk guy, named JD, is friendly and gives information about places to visit or eat
