Shuttle pick up was smooth and quick at 2:40am! Room key was handed to us as we walked through door. We had checked in and let them know are plans ahead of time but we were thrilled they were ready for 2 weary travelers!

The hotel was clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason for the lower score was the location. There are a lot of drug addicts and homeless people around. They come in and out the hotel lobby for breakfast. They didn’t bother anyone but didnt like people out the window smoking drugs

Location was not great with people in parking lot asking for money and people outside window going through the trash. Also, our beds were made, but garbage was not emptied the first night we stayed.

Check-in and checking out were very smooth. The room was clean and spacious and exceeded our needs. The only complaint was that the couch seemed old and wasn't very comfortable, but that's minor compared to the over all space. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
