Surprisingly only ok service from hotel.
Loved the hotel, decor, and location. The service was very inconsistent from front desk & one waiter were very nice but the bartender and Maitre’d were not nice at all. This really surprised me as I expected to see smiling faces through out the entire hotel. At one point we waited in front of the restaurant for 10 mins with staffing walking by and no acknowledging us at all so we seated ourselves. Other than that we had an ok visit at the hotel.

I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions.
