Great design hotel in Turin

Fantastic rooms (we had the bigger option and it was really large), good comfortable bed, nice bathroom , nice design quirks and lovely high ceilings. Parking outside (behind a barrier and just in front of the hotel) is free. Breakfast ok, good coffee (not from the dreaded automatic dispenser), staff very friendly. Not right in the center but the good and clean Turin underground just stops in front of the hotel. Highly recommended and would always return when in Turin.

Superb hotel. Wonderful location with a shopping mall and Eataly next door. 2 minute walk to the Metro station Lingotto. I love the hotel is in the converted former Fiat factory. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast is great. Love the bar and piano playing! Staff are great. Highly recommend!

Stylish hotel in the former FIAT factory, big room and bathroom with stylish furniture and very comfortable large bed. Free parking, good connections to the city centre, Metro just in front. generally all spaces are very generous with high ceilings. only downside was breakfast which did not have great choices, cheap croissants, bitter coffee etc., there is room for improvement . Staff very friendly and helpful

The best hotel we have ever stayed in.

From reception to house-keeping this hotel could not be faulted. Every request was met with a smile and a can do attitude. A special mention should be given to Fabricio (waiter) who went the extra kilometre during our stay. We will be back next year, can't wait!

Recommended by a colleague. Lovely hotel. Great use of the old Fiat factory and loved the individual touches that harked back to this. Definitely ask for a ticket to go to the test track. It was absolutely stunning. Loved the fact that they have turned it into a garden and loved the Pinotecca Agnelli with their bijoux art collection of 24 pieces. Very close to Lingotto metro stop, which takes you directly to Porto nuovo. As a solo traveller, my only gripe is that Porto nuovo is still a walk to the historic centre, which was done in the heat. A minor point but relevant. Had a great stay overall.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff - not everyone but more than one person. Given a twin bed despite asking for a double - no option to change. Room itself large and clean - the cleaning staff were great. Breakfast was a disaster as it was so busy that things ran out and it was chaos.

Familienzimmer riesig und sehr sauber. Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Check out bis 12. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück nicht so wie bei Scandic Hotels (meine persönliche Benchmark) aber für italienische Verhältnisse sicher gut (halt viel Süsses, kein gutes Brot, wenig Auswahl bei gesunden Cerrealien). Metro in die Innenstadt direkt am Ort. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Nice clean big rooms. Great for visiting Lingotto fiat factory/track Pista 500. Website says NH has own running track but actually open to public and everyone has to pay. Although you do get a concession. Only criticism was very slow check in. Like 15-20 mins time (not waiting actual check in procedure) Easy parking out front
