The roach motel.

It was dirty with holes in the wall. Roaches crawling on everything. The lights were on to maybe scare the roaches away but they weren't scared. I took a few pics then went back to office and got my money back. Which they refunded right away.

I checked in and went to check my room. When I turned on the light all I seen was roaches running to hide. Went back to the office and told the guy on duty we went to look at another room and once again there was roaches. Went back to the office and got a refund didn't even stay.

This place was an absolute dump. Some windows boarded up, paint peeling off the exterior. I opened the door to the lobby, immediately felt uncomfortable, turned and walked out. Found somewhere else to stay.

Disgusting place. There were live roaches. Blood or feces on the curtains and sheets. Seriously gross. Will never come back.

There was a lot of damage in the room. Stains on the walls and carpet. Cigarette holes in the blankets and the tv didn't work.

There was so many roaches in my room I woke up with a baby one on my pillow so I got my phone light out and started looking and I couldn't believe what I was seeing there was hundreds of them everywhere my husband went to pick up his shoe and about 20 roaches started running and there was dead ones in the refrigerator it was nasty and they wouldn't refund my money or move me to another room I would never stay there again and I would advise everybody else to choose another hotel.

It was very cold outside and the key wouldn’t work. Manager said the battery in the key sensor was bad. We waited for them to change and finally got access to the room. As soon as we entered the room, we discovered the heat would not work. He said it was to late for maintenance to come out and offered a 20% discount if we wanted to stay or a refund if we wanted to leave. Needless to say, we opted for a refund as I was not going to stay in a 50 degree room.

Unsafe environment

Room had multiple cigarette burn holes in both bedspreads. Questionable noisy activity outside our rooms much of the night. Rooms smelled like smoke. We had women and small children. We did not feel safe. A hit and run occurred in the parking lot at 1:00am.

You get what you paid for.

There were roaches in the room, they advertise free breakfast which they didn’t have out at 7am as advertised, but when we said something they opened it up and it was just cereal and juice ONLY. Found previous guests belongings in the room. There was a 1 inch gap on the bottom of the door, you can hear everything from the outside. Neighbors were loud and rowdy all night. Got there at midnight, we left at 7am, was just stopping by on a trip though.
