Excellent area, safe… the price was incredible. The only thing is that the doorbell can be heard very loudly from your room. Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. Recommend 99%

I loved my stay. The hotel was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and nice. My room was spacious and quiet.Wifi worked great. Bathroom has rainfall showerhead and hot water worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

In general it's ok, but teh staff at the beginning wasn't that friendly and there is a really bad welcoming way, I mean, there is no sign at the front about the hotel, you arrive and know nothing, it looks like some offices, there is a doorbell whichh seems to work but then you don't understand what to do to enter, the room's floor was dirty, the beds had some bugs that bite us, there is no fan or AC, the walls or sheetrock so be ready for some chat hearing outside your room, there are no curtains on the window so you get flashed by the automatic lights from the hallway, the pillows were very worn down, the tv works but they had no streaming service active, the only great thing was the shower, but in all honesty I wouldn't come back, well, the area is very noce to walk and go out eating as well but the decision remains. I guess it needs more attention from the management.

Can’t find where to enter

First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que hay diversos comercios y lugares para visitar, (caminando, en bici, en transporte publico o privado); en cuestión de precio muy accesible, el hotel es pequeño pero me agrado lo acogedor y tranquilo, la habitación limpia y agua muy caliente al bañarse uno; con buena presión... muy sencillo todo pero es apto para descansar. En la habitación que estuve sin tema alguno de ruido... dormi bien... El personal de recepción muy atento y ágil en el check in al igual que en el check out... Claro que volveré a hospedarme...

Super ubicacion. Muy pobre habitación

Nos qudamos en una hab de PB y la ventana daba al Pasillo. La liz del pasillo era con sensor asi que se la paso prendiendo y apagando toda la noche. El timbre de la puerta se escuchaba como si estuviera dentro sel cuarto y las voces del lobby también escuchaban fuertísimo. Las almohadas son horribles, llenas de bolas, solo habia una cobija y eran dos camas. Las toallas muy viejas y solo habia dos de cuerpo y un tapete de baño.

Es difícil dar con el hotel porque no tiene ningún letrero, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario para solo ir de entrada por salida ( no más de una noche) es muy ruidoso, todo se escucha. Es bonito y limpio.

Piénsalo dos veces, yo no volvería

Lo malo: las sabanas sucias, no hicieron servicio de limpieza durante la estancia aún cuando lo solicitamos, se escuchaba el ruido de la calle, de las personas de la habitación del lado, del personal en recepción, del timbre de la entrada a diferentes horas de la noche y madrugada, la habitación aunque decía que es para dos es muuuy pequeña, las almohadas súper incomodas, llenas de grumos, el internet se caía constantemente, si tienes que trabajar con ello no es opción. Lo bueno: el personal de recepción fue atento, tiene buena presión el agua, esta bien ubicado y se ve bonito.

Me agrada el hotel

Me pareció bien que el hotel está rodeado de varios lugares donde comer, de bancos, etc. Muchos lugares donde salir o ver, en cuanto a la habitación me pareció bien, la cama era cómoda y no escuché mucho ruido hasta en la mañana porque estaban construyendo algo a un lado, pero de ahí en más todo estaba bien, me agrada el lugar volvería a hospedarme ahí la siguiente vez que visite CDMX
