La struttura è datata ma è tenuta bene. Ho trovato la stanza pulita, il letto comodo, la temperatura adeguata (e con possibilità di spegnere l'aria condizionata nella stanza). Accoglienza gentile e check in veloce. Colazione buona e sufficientemente varia. Molto apprezzato il doppio cuscino, tra l'altro di tipologia differente per andare incontro a esigenze diverse.

Bien situé pour accéder aux 5 Terres si l'on n'a pas trouvé de logement à La Spezia, l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses trois étoiles et est juste correct. Réparations au silicone, propreté assez peu suivie, entretien superficiel. Petit déjeûner assez insuffisant. Correct pour un court passage, pas pour un long séjour.

Un hall bella grossa e d'impatto i gestori molto a modo e cordiali,le camere sono abbastanza ampie e sono state ristrutturate non da molto tempo pero ci sono piccole pecche d'usura che in un hotel 3 stelle non dovrebbe esserci .

used as a base for our Cinque Terra experience. close to town, and autostrada. clean,, tipical European hotel. I would stay there again. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast with lots of choices.

accueil sympa, mais déception au niveau de la chambre car cheveux sur la taie d'oreiller et dans la salle de bain. poussière dans les coins et sous le lit. j'ai signalé a la réception qui a dû intervenir auprès du personnel de service après notre départ. douche vétuste

Sono stata ospite dell'Hotel anche in passato trovandomi sempre molto bene anche grazie alla straordinaria gentilezza di tutto il personale.

Arrivati a destinazione ci siamo soffermati alla reception per il ceck in, siamo stati indirizzati in camera che si presentava visibilmente pulita, ma camminando a piedi nudi ci si accorgeva della polvere presente sul pavimento. Il bagno non era pulito a dovere soprattutto il water che presentava le parti cromate arruginite (tipo il pulsante per lo scarico e i supporti che fissano la tavoletta al wc)! Al mattino seguente dovevamo lasciare la camera tra le 10 e le 10.30, ma alle 9.50, l'irruenza del personale di pulizia dei locali, bussando alla porta, ci ha affrettati a lasciare la camera!!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera x una notte ad una coppia di amici che sono stati a trovarci. Mi hanno riferito di essere stati bene, l hotel è molto più carino dentro rispetto al fuori. Pulizia ok e pure cortesia del personale.

Great hotel and staff

The location was convenient for going into Sarzana - only a 10 minute walk to get to centre of city. Or you can drive in a couple of minutes but parking is limited. The hotel was clean, rooms were nice and spacious enough. Desk staff was great and spoke excellent English.

La struttura è datata e le camere arredate in vecchio stile anche se pulite. In futuro non ci tornerei vista l'accoglienza e comunque ci sono alberghi più recenti ed a buon prezzo

Un discreto hotel a prezzo piuttosto contenuto

Un onesto "tre stelle" che s'è rivelato migliore di quanto mi aspettavo. E' situato vicino a una strada di grande comunicazione, ma il rumore del traffico non disturba. Pulizia, confort e dimensioni della stanza e del bagno più che accettabili. Il ristorante adiacente è gradevole: si mangia discretamente a prezzi contenuti. Personale tutto gentilissimo, molto disponibile, sorridente e cordiale. L'hotel è consigliatissimo per chi ha un cane: la proprietaria stravede per gli amici a quattro zampe, quindi li accetta anche senza preavviso e non c'è alcun supplemento da pagare. Lo eleggo hotel preferenziale per i soggiorni in zona.
